However, should you find the same product(s) elsewhere online (UK based internet companies only) within 24hours of your purchase from Gielle, let us know and we will price match. Just send us information on where you have found the better price (website address etc). If the total online purchase price (including applicable postage and packaging charges and taxes) is cheaper, we'll refund the difference!

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! You can return any products purchased from Gielle for replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied. Products should be unopened and unused and within their original packaging. Carriage charges will only be refunded for faulty or incorrect items supplied.

Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee to deliver all orders placed on our website before 2pm within 2 working days (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays) and pallet orders within 4 working days or we will refund any delivery charges in full. Please note that someone must be available to sign for and accept all deliveries. All deliveries should be checked as being in good condition before they are signed for.
